Thirty days prior to your departure, we initiate a meticulous review process, inviting you, your client, and our Elite Service team to a comprehensive Teams meeting. During this 30-45 minute consultation, we won’t bog you down with the minutiae but will focus on the highlights, the special touches, and the crucial details that set our service apart. We capture your client’s queries and wishes, bringing them back to our team for swift and thorough action. Elite Concierge Service
Elite Concierge Service is an elevated level of engagement that provides you with a dedicated concierge to assist with your bookings, working directly with your clients on your behalf to provide support for time-consuming FIT bookings, handling the entire process for you, at no charge. In addition to this, we are dedicated to supporting your assets and collateral, as well as landing pages, for any private groups or charters.
IWorld of Travel will determine if you qualify for a dedicated Elite Concierge. You may also request to have a concierge at no cost. If you qualify, we will introduce you to your concierge who will handle all your FIT bookings. Your concierge will be the point person working with us, our European office, and our partners around the globe. When you introduce your client to the concierge, you can let them know that this service is something you have earned and are glad to pass it along to them. From this point forward the concierge will take the lead, gathering all the necessary information and contacting our partners, copying you on all emails and providing updates as they occur. You will receive the proposal prior to your client and confirm your desired commission to include with the booking. The concierge will then send the proposal to the client and handle all the payments and terms directly with them, as well as any special arrangements, reservations, etc., and confirm a final doc review with our Elite Service team, the client, and you.

We are finally decompressing! We just wanted to thank you for everything your did to give us such a wonderful travel experience in Peru and Chile. We had a great time in both countries. But you really went the extra mile when I was sick in Machu Picchu. I never thought I was going to make it to the Citadel but our guide, Emilin took me to a pharmacy, got me hooked up with some meds, and then took me to a cafe and ordered me white toast and tea while they stood in line to go on the bus. I was able to navigate Machu Picchu thanks to her and you helping out.
All of our guides and drivers were terrific. Big shoutout to Claudia in Lima, Emelin in Machu Picchu and Paula in Santiago. Everyone was warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. We greatly appreciated everyone each and every day. We always felt safe with the drivers
Explora Hotel was wonderful. Amazing staff. But if you ever book anyone there again, you might want to ask for a room with a view of the snowy mountains. Our view was OK, but not great. But we spent a lot of time in the common areas with the great view. Food was very good. Explorations were fun and challenging. I’ve been afraid of horses for years but we went horseback riding. My husband and I were the only 2 on this exploration and we had 2 gauchos and 2 guides who came with us!
Anyway, thanks again for the late night help and everything else. You both and your company did a superb job!

Recovering from a very long day of travel yesterday but wanted to thank you for helping us put together an amazing trip to Tuscany!!! We had so much fun and everything was just perfect. Our driver, Roberto, was awesome and so accommodating. The B&B in Cortona was very charming and the owner Paola was lovely. She also has a restaurant on property, which was delicious, and gave us a cooking lesson on Thursday. So amazing!!! The day trips and wine tastings were wonderful. I’m always looking for something unique! I’ve been in the travel business for almost 30 years selling group and charter vacations on large ship cruises, all-inclusive resorts, river cruises and land tours.
I recently reserved the Gemaya for a 60th birthday cruise that my friends and family will never forget. I LOVE this boutique yacht!

Sailing on the Gemaya Yacht through Greece was the experience of a lifetime. Huge thanks to my vendor IWorld and their team, who went above and beyond to ensure we were thoroughly taken care of. The Gemaya Yacht exceeded our expectations. Despite being an old military ship, its exterior belies the luxurious experience inside. Once on board, it feels like stepping into a five-star boutique hotel. The dining area and family room exude a homely warmth, while the spacious outdoor area offers ample room for relaxation and enjoyment. The menu the chef put together for our seven-night cruise was a dream for anyone that delights in the culinary world, and the staff was out of this world. By the end, they felt like family. The swim stops were a highlight—paddleboarding and spending time with our group was incredibly enjoyable. Oh, and let’s not forget the top-shelf open bar!
