I’m a tourism professional with a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management. My journey in tourism began during my studies when I quickly discovered a love for guiding, organizing experiences and creating unforgettable moments for guests. Over the past few years, I’ve worked as a tourist guide and cruise director, leading international guests through some of the most beautiful destinations in Croatia. My role involves planning daily programs, coordinating excursions, managing onboard operations, and making sure every guest enjoys a memorable experience from start to finish. What brought me here is a deep love for the sea, different cultures, and meaningful human connections. I thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving challenges and take pride in delivering authentic, high-quality experiences. Tourism isn’t just my job – it’s my lifestyle.
Ela’s love for travel extends far beyond work — it’s woven into how she lives. She’s happiest by the sea at sunset, surrounded by good people, positive energy, and the kind of quiet beauty that makes a moment unforgettable. In her free time, Ela enjoys simple pleasures: a beach afternoon, a good book, coffee with friends, and discovering somewhere new. She has a soft spot for late-night desserts — especially chocolate cake or gelato — and believes that the best splurges are always travel experiences, particularly spontaneous trips and sailing adventures that turn into lasting memories.
One of the places that stays with her most is the Adriatic at sunset, sailing through hidden bays in complete peace. It’s no surprise that what she loves most about her job is meeting people from around the world, sharing stories, and creating experiences they’ll never forget. Inspired by The Alchemist, Ela believes in trusting the journey, staying open to opportunity, and continuing to dream big — including traveling the world, growing in tourism, and one day creating a travel experience brand of her own.
