Reservations and Payments

 

Reservations and Payments

All payments reflect net pricing and does not include any commission.

 

The rates quoted in this proposal are based on the specified travel dates and times, hotel availability, number of travelers in the group, and the currency exchange rate on the proposal date. Should there be any currency fluctuation, we reserve the right to adjust the rates, accordingly. No hotels or services have been reserved.

 

Any airfare quoted, including taxes & fuel surcharges, is subject to change until tickets are issued (if applicable).

 

Revisions

A revision of the initial proposal is subject to a $100 per person non-refundable deposit to be credited towards final payment once booking materializes.

 

Deposit

Initial deposit is required based on the payment due dates table below to secure and hold the booking.

Payment may be made by wire transfer and check. Checks can be made payable to IWorld of Travel and mailed with tracking number.

Payments are considered received only during business hours on weekdays. Any payments received outside of business hours will be considered received on the next business day.

 

Balance and/or final payment is required prior to departure based on the payment due dates table below.

*You will be advised if any suppliers require additional deposits that in some cases may be non-refundable. 

 

Cancellations

We hope nothing will come between you and your IWOT booking. Should you need to cancel your booking or any portion of it, your cancellation must be in writing and will be effective on the date of receipt. Cancellations can be sent via email at Reservations@iworldoftravel.com.

 Individual cancellations can result in a per room price adjustment. Should this occur, you will be advised at the time of cancellation and a new price will be presented. IWorld of Travel strongly suggests each participant to purchase travel insurance.

 

 

Travel Documents

All travelers must have a passport valid for at least 6 months after the date of return. It is the personal responsibility of all passengers to have the proper documentation required by the country you plan to visit.

 

 

Visa Requirements

For visa requirements, please consult with the respective Consulate Offices. Visa requirements are subject to change. Health Disclaimer for Travel 

Passengers registering for this trip accept responsibility for being in good health; able to walk, climb steps, enjoy full sightseeing days and easily transfer to airplane or car/van as needed. As many of the sites are not accessible to the physically challenged, those needing wheelchairs, oxygen, or other ambulatory assistance will find the tour extremely limiting in their experiences. Guests with medical needs of a physical nature should bring a personal attendant to assist them. Please request the Special Needs form so we can help assess and assist you with the passenger’s needs.

 

Transfers & porterage

Roundtrip group arrival and departure transfers include assistance by our representative on the start and end dates of the tour on the designated flights only. Passengers not traveling on the designated flights will have the option to purchase transfers at an additional cost.

 

 

Remarks

The rates quoted in this proposal are based on the specified travel time period, hotel availability, number of travelers in the group (for group travel), and the currency exchange rate on the proposal date. Should there be any currency fluctuation, we reserve the right to adjust the rates accordingly, including but not limited to – hotels, land services, air, and admission fees. This quote is valid for 7 days and is subject to change pending your acceptance. No hotels or services have been reserved.

 

Terms & Conditions/Responsibility & Agreement

We recommend that you carefully review prior to sending in the deposit. Please ensure that all conditions as outlined are incorporated into the contract or brochure you provide your clients.

Optional insurance must be purchased within 7 days of deposit to ensure that the pre-existing condition waiver applies. We therefore recommend that the insurance be purchased while the deposit is made.

 

 

Time of Publishing

The effective date of the Terms & Conditions is 10/11/23, and all commitments prior to the effective date will be honored at the rates of the Terms & Conditions at the time of commitment.
