Cancellation During Your trip
Please note that cancellations for any reason, including health or personal matters, are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to facilitate any necessary reimbursements. IWOT is committed to providing any necessary documentation to assist with your claim. If passengers choose not to attend a tour, transfer, or any other booked service, it will not be refundable.
Credits
For credits issued due to cancellations inside the applicable timeframe, the following applies:
- Credit is good for 9 months from the date of written cancellation, and thereafter, expired.
- Any new booking will require a new payment/deposit of $1,000 pp, and the credit will be added to this additional deposit.
- Rates for new bookings are not guaranteed until receipt of the new deposit.
Travel Documents
All travelers must have a passport valid for at least 6 months after the date of return.
Please note that most airlines do not allow name changes. Any name changes will result in cancellation of the reservation.
Optional insurance must be purchased within 7 days of deposit to ensure that the pre-existing condition waiver applies. We therefore recommend that the insurance be purchased while the deposit is made. Insurance premiums are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be purchased after final payment is made.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly encourage you to purchase travel protection when traveling. You can use this link to purchase travel insurance: https://iworldoftravel.com/getyourinsurancetogether/
Should you choose to travel with IWOT without travel insurance coverage you acknowledge your agreement to take full responsibility for all expenses (trip interruption, trip delay, medical expenses, quarantine expenses and emergency evacuation/repatriation, any reason, etc.) that may arise while traveling.
