Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully and completely, then sign at the bottom to agree to the terms.

The following terms and conditions apply to bookings for FAM trips. Any travel advisor who books a service with IWORLD OF TRAVEL will be subject to the following terms and conditions, and a payment (when processed) for any travel arrangement shall constitute a travel advisor’s absolute consent to all the provisions listed herewith

Reservations and Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable once authorized.

Travel advisors must provide a current IATAN ID Card and copy of the IATAN or CLIA ID Card and CLIA Certificate to be eligible for FAM trips. Advisors unable to provide this information may be accepted depending on their qualifications. Up to two travel advisors from the same agency may travel at an advisor rate.

Travel Documents

A valid US (United States) passport with at least a 7-month validity beyond the travel date is required for travel. Tour participants traveling on non-US passports must advise IWORLD OF TRAVEL in advance and verify entry eligibility. IWORLD OF TRAVEL is not responsible for denied passage or entry for non-US passport holders.

Transfers and Sightseeing

A complete program is offered throughout each tour package as shown within the itineraries.

Trip Confirmation

You will be notified by email once your application is accepted. Do NOT purchase airline tickets until you have received FAM trip confirmation from IWorld of Travel, and your payment has been processed.

Personal tipping is left at the advisor’s discretion. Our guides and drivers are very competent, and it is recommended that you show your appreciation for their services with a $3 to $5 per person per day tipping for land services, guides, etc., and on cruises, a minimum of $150 for crew and $200 for Cruise Director on 7-night cruises.

Tour prices do not include items such as passport or visa costs if applicable, meals that are not included in the tour, tips, laundry, mineral water, excess baggage, and items of a purely personal nature.

Payments are non-refundable. Unused tour features are neither refundable nor exchangeable once the tour is in progress.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is recommended for all participants. Travel Advisors are encouraged to obtain travel coverage for trip cancellation, medical, and travel interruption, and medical evacuation occurrences.

IWORLD OF TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel or alter the content of a tour should conditions make this necessary. In this event, the best viable alternative will be offered.

Travel Advisor Conduct

IWORLD OF TRAVEL offers FAM trips as a privilege. IWORLD OF TRAVEL and its operating partners require travel advisors to behave professionally and courteously during the trip. Advisor accepts to participate in these offerings with the understanding that the advisor may be bumped or sent home before the completion of the trip in case unacceptable and disruptive behavior is displayed by the advisor, and not corrected upon warning.

Responsibility and Liability

IWORLD OF TRAVEL, in operating these arrangements, is responsible to the tour participants for supplying the services and accommodation offered to the participants as stated in the itinerary. IWORLD OF TRAVEL as a tour operator, denies all liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained in connection with services and accommodations provided by railroads, bus operators, local sight-seeing companies, tour operators, steamship companies, airlines, hotels, and lodging facilities, all operating under the laws of the country in which these services are provided. The right to alter any land tour arrangement is reserved. Flights (when applicable) are offered on IATA (International Air Transport Association) carriers, which cannot be held responsible for any act, omission, or event when passengers are not on board their aircraft. The carriers concerned are not responsible for any act, omission, or event, occurring during the time passengers are not aboard their plane, vessels, or other conveyances. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

IWORLD OF TRAVEL is responsible for arranging the tour services offered in the highlighted programs, including transportation, sightseeing, and hotel accommodation. The carriers, hotels, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not advisors, employees, servants, or joint ventures of IWORLD OF TRAVEL or its affiliates. IWORLD OF TRAVEL reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, and to make changes in the itinerary or services whenever the company deems it necessary to the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour participants, and to cancel a tour at any time.

The tour participant agrees that neither IWORLD OF TRAVEL nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage or loss including personal injury, death, property loss, delays, change in air services, sickness, strike, war, quarantine, terrorism, bankruptcy, weather, upset, disappointment, inconvenience, or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier or person providing tour services. Also, IWORLD OF TRAVEL is not responsible for the failure of clients to follow instructions given in travel documents including, but not limited to, check-in and check-out times and baggage handling, and failure to obtain required documentation such as passports, visas, and health certificates where required. In the above cases, travelers will not be entitled to any refund.

Only IWORLD OF TRAVEL representatives, who possess the written authority to do so, may vary, add, or waive any term or condition in this contract, to include terms or conditions outlined in the preceding provisions. Any legal proceedings both on behalf of or against IWORLD OF TRAVEL must be instituted only in a federal or state court located in New York, and such a claim will be decided using the laws of the state of New York. Any legal proceeding against the company must commence no later than 6 months after the travel services have been completed.
