The following terms and conditions apply to bookings for FAM trips. Any travel advisor who books a service with IWORLD OF TRAVEL will be subject to the following terms and conditions, and a payment (when processed) for any travel arrangement shall constitute a travel advisor’s absolute consent to all the provisions listed herewith

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable once authorized.

Qualification

Travel advisors must provide a current IATAN ID Card and copy of the IATAN or CLIA ID Card and CLIA Certificate to be eligible for FAM trips. Transfers and Sightseeing

A complete program is offered throughout each tour package as shown within the itineraries.

Trip Confirmation

You will be notified by email once your application is accepted. Do NOT purchase airline tickets until you have received FAM trip confirmation from IWorld of Travel, and your payment has been processed.

Tipping

Personal tipping is left at the advisor’s discretion. Our guides and drivers are very competent, and it is recommended that you show your appreciation for their services with a $3 to $5 per person per day tipping for land services, guides, etc., and on cruises, a minimum of $150 for crew and $200 for Cruise Director on 7-night cruises.

Exclusions

Tour prices do not include items such as passport or visa costs if applicable, meals that are not included in the tour, tips, laundry, mineral water, excess baggage, and items of a purely personal nature.

Cancellation

Payments are non-refundable. Unused tour features are neither refundable nor exchangeable once the tour is in progress.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is recommended for all participants. Travel Advisors are encouraged to obtain travel coverage for trip cancellation, medical, and travel interruption, and medical evacuation occurrences.

Alteration

IWORLD OF TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel or alter the content of a tour should conditions make this necessary. In this event, the best viable alternative will be offered.

Travel Advisor Conduct

IWORLD OF TRAVEL offers FAM trips as a privilege. IWORLD OF TRAVEL and its operating partners require travel advisors to behave professionally and courteously during the trip. Advisor accepts to participate in these offerings with the understanding that the advisor may be bumped or sent home before the completion of the trip in case unacceptable and disruptive behavior is displayed by the advisor, and not corrected upon warning.

IWORLD OF TRAVEL reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, and to make changes in the itinerary or services whenever the company deems it necessary to the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour participants, and to cancel a tour at any time.

The tour participant agrees that neither IWORLD OF TRAVEL nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage or loss including personal injury, death, property loss, delays, change in air services, sickness, strike, war, quarantine, terrorism, bankruptcy, weather, upset, disappointment, inconvenience, or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier or person providing tour services. Also, IWORLD OF TRAVEL is not responsible for the failure of clients to follow instructions given in travel documents including, but not limited to, check-in and check-out times and baggage handling, and failure to obtain required documentation such as passports, visas, and health certificates where required. In the above cases, travelers will not be entitled to any refund.
