Day 2: Arumeru – Manyara National Park – Karatu – Bashay Rift Lodge
Embark on an early morning game drive in Tarangire National Park, where the Tarangire River attracts a diverse array of wildlife, including the iconic elephants. Journey through Maasai territory, passing Burunge and Manyara lakes, and enter Manyara National Park. Explore the park’s fascinating habitats and wildlife, enjoying a picnic lunch amidst the natural beauty. Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater – Olduvai Camp
Venture to the renowned Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you’ll encounter a lush landscape teeming with buffaloes, zebras, gnus, and gazelles. Descend into the crater for an exhilarating safari experience and the opportunity to spot the Big Five: lions, rhinos, elephants, buffalos, and leopards. Enjoy a picnic lunch near a tranquil lake and continue the safari into the afternoon, immersing yourself in the beauty and diversity of the crater’s wildlife. Ascend from the crater and arrive at Olduvai Camp, where you’ll be briefed and allocated your tents. Day 4: Serengeti National Park – Grumeti Hills

Day 5: Grumeti – Grumeti Hills
Embark on an early morning guided walking safari, immersing yourself in the pristine wilderness. Afterward, savor a delightful breakfast in the bush. Return to the lodge and indulge in the rejuvenating facilities, including the swimming pool and spa. Enjoy leisure time in the afternoon, or opt for a cultural excursion to Mugumu or Ikoma, or a game drive near the lodge. Return for an early dinner and embark on a thrilling night game drive to witness the nocturnal wonders of the wilderness, including galagos, genets, hyenas, leopards, and elephants.

Day 6: Grumeti – Arusha – Departure
Embark on a morning game drive, absorbing the final moments of wildlife encounters in the Grumeti region. Transfer to Ikoma airstrip for a flight to Arusha, where you’ll be welcomed and transferred to Arumeru River Lodge for a delightful lunch. Bid farewell to Tanzania as you’re transferred to JRO airport for your departure flight, carrying cherished memories of your extraordinary journey. (B)
