To assist in creating a professional and visually appealing greeting for passengers, we offer a new welcome template that can be displayed on an iPad or printed out. This template is designed to replace traditional handmade signs and will elevate the passenger greeting experience to the next level. Please refer to the instructions below for using the Greeting Sign template to be used in private vehicles, busses, and all transports.
PDF Template for Digital Sign on iPad (preferred)
- Download the sign template file using the button below
- Open ‘Greeting Sign Template IWOT.pdf’ in Acrobat or in your browser
- Click into the purple text field and type the client name
- Export as Image or PDF digital file for iPad (or to print):
- Acrobat Reader: (right side bar) Export PDF > Convert to – JPG > Quality – Max > Convert > Save the .zip file > Unzip the .zip file
- Acrobat DC Pro: File > Export To > Image > JPG
- PDF opened in Browser: File > Print (or Ctrl + P) > Under ‘Destination’ select ‘Save as PDF’

- Download the sign template file using the button below
- Open ‘Greeting Sign Template IWOT.docx’
- Replace ‘Traveler Name’ with the correct info and resize the text to be as large as possible on one line
- Print: File > Print (or Ctrl + P)
