Arrival in Montevideo

DAY 2
Montevideo | Colonia del Sacramento

Enjoy a private city tour of Montevideo, visiting the most important attractions—from the Old City and the Plaza Matriz to the Cathedral and the grand Plaza Independencia, bordered by the Legislative Palace. You will also see the traditional Prado neighborhood, Punta Gorda, and other residential areas. The tour finishes in the popular Mercado del Puerto where you can have lunch in one of the famous grills. After lunch, take a private transfer (without guide) to Montevideo Bus Station and catch a regular bus to Colonia del Sacramento. Colonia del Sacramento

City tour visiting UNESCO World Heritage Colonia del Sacramento: Discover the little stone streets, the old edifications, the fort, the port, the Spanish and Portuguese houses, downtown and the Rambla which borders the Old City to the “Real de San Carlos” where the “Plaza de Toros,” the “Hipodromo” and the old harbor can be seen.
