Argentina’s capital city, known as the “Paris of South America,” drips with romance (think tango), cozy cafes, gorgeous architecture, mouthwatering food scene, culture, and fashion. Its strong European vibe also invites frequent comparisons to the City of Light.

After breakfast, private premium city tour beginning with the neighborhoods of Retiro, Palermo, and Recoleta where wide green spaces give way to beautiful French-style mansions. Stops include the emblematic Floralis Generica and the famous cemetery where Eva Peron is buried. In the city center we see the Colon Theater and the Obelisk. On to the Plaza de Mayo, where the birth of the city took place in 1580, to see the Casa Rosada, the Cabildo, and the Cathedral. We visit San Telmo, the native neighborhood of tango, and La Boca, where you can feel the passion for football in the famous Bombonera. The tour ends in the modern area of Puerto Madero, the most varied gastronomic part of Buenos Aires. Return to hotel. Afternoon at leisure. (B)
Breakfast. Free morning to explore the city. Afternoon pick up from hotel for an Argentina Flavors tour. We will visit the only house in Argentina dedicated to Dulce de Leche where you can taste different varieties, learn about their history, production processes and buy the one you like the most! After visit the Mercado de San Telmo, inaugurated in 1897. We will go to the famous Tierras Mendocinas wine bar to taste typical Argentinian wines with cheese. We will conclude at El Revire, an old grill in the heart of San Telmo, for dinner. Return to hotel for overnight. (B,D)
