Lourdes is a passionate tourism professional with years of experience in providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable travel experiences. She possesses extensive knowledge of travel planning and logistics. She has experience planning travel itineraries, managing logistics and booking transportation and accommodations. She is always seeking a challenging role as a travel agent where she can leverage her skills and expertise to exceed client expectations and contribute to the growth of the organization.

In order to improve her knowledge in tourism she studied a Master in International Tourism Management in Barcelona where she lived and worked for a year. Living in Barcelona, one of the most visited cities in the world, helped her to truly understand the core of tourism in many different ways.

She also had the opportunity to participate in FITUR 2019 in Madrid, the global meeting point for tourism professionals and the leading fair for the receptive and issuing markets of Latin America.
