Day 1: Arrival in Seoul
Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax and unwind.
Day 2: Seoul | Jeju Island
Morning flight to semi-tropical Jeju Island. Drive along the Mysterious Road, where objects roll uphill, visit the Museum of Natural History and explore the island’s stunning scenery. (B)
Day 3: Jeju Island
Continue touring Jeju with visits to Yongduam Rock, shaped by thousands of years of wind and waves into a dragon head; Bunjae Artpia, the world’s largest botanical gardens; Sanbanggulsa Grotto, one of Korea’s largest cave temples; and Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, one of the island’s main attractions. (B)
Day 4: Jeju Island | Seoul
Morning visit to a UNESCO World Heritage site, Seongsan Ilchulbong, formed by hydrovolcanic eruptions. Return flight to Seoul and transfer to your hotel. Your afternoon city tour includes the Blue House and Korean National Museum. (B)
Day 5: Seoul
Morning visit Yongin Folk Village, a living museum of Korean heritage. Also, visit the imposing Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, a massive walled fortress from the 18th century, now a UNESCO World Heritage site. Continue to the traditional Insadong neighborhood with its antique stores, and exotic Namdaemun Gate market. Conclude in the Itaewon, a popular shopping area. (B)
Day 6: Depart Seoul
Transfer to the airport for your return flight. (B)
