Day 1: Arrival in Seoul
Upon arrival in Seoul, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, the evening is free to relax or explore the local area at your leisure. Dinner will be served at a traditional Korean restaurant, offering a warm introduction to the culinary delights of South Korea. Enjoy your first night in the comfort of the Shilla Seoul Hotel, renowned for its hospitality and luxury.
Day 2: Exploring Seoul’s Historical and Cultural Sites
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before meeting your guide and driver at 8:30 AM. Your full-day private tour begins with a visit to Gwanghwamun Gate to witness the Changing of the Royal Guard Ceremony, a colorful and traditional event. Next, explore Gyeongbokgung Palace, the largest of the Five Grand Palaces built during the Joseon Dynasty. Stroll through the beautiful palace grounds and learn about its history and significance.
The tour continues with a drive past The Blue House (Cheong Wa Dae), the executive office and official residence of the South Korean head of state. Afterward, visit Insadong-gil, a vibrant neighborhood known for its antique shops, art galleries, and traditional tea houses. You might also enjoy a relaxing day in one of Seoul’s many parks or a visit to the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) for a unique historical experience. Dinner tonight is on your own, allowing you to choose from the city’s diverse culinary offerings.
Day 4: Departure from Seoul
