Day 1: Arrival in Cape Town
Upon arrival in Cape Town, you will be met and transferred to your hotel at the base of Table Mountain overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This secluded property is the perfect spot to embark on a journey of mindfulness, become quiet with nature and reach a sense of calmness within beautiful surroundings. The rest of the day is yours at leisure.
Day 2: Cape Town
After waking up to the sound of the ocean and breakfast, transfer to Table Mountain where you will have the opportunity to sit in silent meditation atop the mountain with breathtaking views over the city. Spend the rest of the day at leisure to explore your surroundings. Soak up the African sun on one of the many picture-perfect beaches around Cape Town or return to your hotel for an unwinding afternoon, relaxing in the heated pool. (B)
Optional: Join a sacred drumming session on a beach or at the hotel, a therapeutic activity that connects you with the heartbeat of creation. (Must be pre-booked)
Day 3: Cape Town
Scenic drive taking you to the southwestern tip of the Cape Peninsula for a full-day private Cape Peninsula tour. En route see a fisherman’s village as well as the penguins on Boulders Beach. Visit Cape Point Nature Reserve with its abundance of fauna and flora and dramatic views of the ocean. Return via a small coastal village where you will stop off on a breathtaking beach for a session of Tai Chi with a professional practitioner. (B)
Day 4: Cape Town
Excursion to Llandudno Beach, one of Cape Town’s most secluded and beautiful beaches, for an archaeological experience. Meander through sacrosanct caves and learn more about the significance of the Motherstone, the largest standing monolithic stone on the peninsula and an empowering place. This exclusive mindful journey will allow an opportunity to connect to nature in a deep and meaningful way. Learn about the astronomical connections to the sun, moon and stars and the spiritual significance of this ancient place, as well as the edible and healing aspects of plants found in the area. (B)
Day 5: Cape Town | Franschhoek
Transfer for two days of bliss in the Winelands. Your first stop will be at a 300-year-old winery with a labyrinth, laid out in half brick and river stone that is a mindful space for you to take a winding journey inwards to connect with your true essence. After lunch, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy the facilities of your accommodation, an estate designed using Vastu Shastra principles, a traditional Hindu system of architecture that creates an overall sense of wellness. No expense was spared in the refurbishment of this 19th-century Cape Dutch manor house, turning it into 21st-century boutique luxury. (B)
Day 6: Franschhoek
The day is yours at leisure to stroll through the art galleries and souvenir shops of Franschhoek, enjoy the facilities at your hotel or relax at the spa (spa treatments not included). (B)
Day 7: Franschhoek | Departure from Cape Town
Transfer to the airport for your return flight. (B)
