Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Easter Island
Welcome to Easter Island, the most isolated island on earth, lying amid a million square miles of empty ocean. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: Easter Island
Morning drive to see the Rano Kau, the southernmost volcano on the island. Afternoon visit to the ceremonial site of Ahu Akivi, located in the Roihi area. Then visit the archeological site where the hats of the Moais were carved on rocks. (B)

Day 3: Easter Island
Begin the day at the ancient site of Vinapu. The Moais that once sat atop this structure were toppled. After a visit to Vaihu, where stone hats of the Moai can be seen, continue to one of the most important archeological sites of the island where almost all of the Moai were built. Box lunch en route.
