IWorld of Travel is looking for a Team Operations Manager to work closely with the company management team to achieve the highest levels of customer service and quality consistency. The role requires interacting with both internal and external team members as well as with a global collection of suppliers and clients. This person will have a high level of organizational skills be well versed in Excel, Word, CRM platforms, and be highly motivated to maintain superior operational standards. Knowledge of travel industry a plus.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Review and standardizing operational procedures
  • Improve productivity to maximize profit
  • Streamline operational procedures to improve customer service
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Monitor supplier communication turnaround time
  • Verify pricing and invoicing
  • Review outgoing documents for quality consistency
  • Resolve service issues
  • Assist with developing and executing global programs with partners

Skills and Abilities:

  • Microsoft office and other Web-based applications. Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as InfoSoft and Sales Force
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, proofreading abilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Reliable, punctual, resourceful, and efficient. Ability to use judgement in resolving issues
  • Able to anticipate needs and be self-guided
  • Positive and professional presence
  • Maintain a high degree of ethics and professionalism
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
  • Must be self-motivated, highly detailed and organized; takes initiative to make or adapt to changes
  • 1-3 years in the industry

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in experienced preferred.
