Giveaway Official Rules:

Sweepstakes begins at 10:00AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on February 18th, 2025, and ends on at 11:59PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on March 7th, 2025.

A. ELIGIBILITY:

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The terms of these Official Rules (or parts thereof) shall be of no force and effect only to the extent that they are prohibited by applicable law.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of Promotion materials, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. The Promotion is governed by the United States law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

B. TO ENTER:

Entrants must download the Pickleheads App, register as a Subscriber and then screenshot the home page of the App with the members name at the top. Members’ names must match the name on the entry.

C. (1) WINNER

Sponsor will choose one (1) winner at random to receive the prize below:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-refundable and non-redeemable. All other expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the winners. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. No cash alternative is available. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

D. WINNER SELECTION:

One (1) winner will be selected randomly by using a computer-generated application tool on or about March 10th, 2025, from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Determination of the winner will be the responsibility of the Sponsor, whose decision will be final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

The winner will be notified via email. If a winner cannot be notified within five (5) business days, does not meet eligibility, or does not comply with Sweepstakes rules, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. In the event the chosen entry is unable to redeem the prize due to reasons beyond their control no compensation or substitutes will be provided.

Winner agrees that Sponsor shall have the right and permission to use their name, pictures, likeness and/or voice in any media for trade, advertising, promotional and/or other purpose in any media now or hereafter known without any further consideration except where it is prohibited by law.

E. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor and its agencies, officers, directors, agents, and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (1) garbled, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, stolen, late, lost, or failed electronic entries; (2) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes; (3) errors or delays in transmission; (4) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor which may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (5) any losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes, or (6) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes if, at its sole discretion, you repeatedly show a disregard for the Sweepstakes Official Rules, or act: (a) in a manner they determine to be not fair or equitable including the use of automated processes or devices not valid for entry; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or the Sponsor; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, systems malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor and their agencies corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor shall not be liable or responsible for the content of the Third-Party sites or for any damages any individual or entity may incur because of their use of Third-Party sites or their reliance on the content of Third-Party sites.
