At the proper time, after breakfast and checking out meet your driver at your hotel and depart in your private water taxi to Venice airport to meet your driver and continue your journey to Slovenia.

Day 2 | Thursday · July 23, 2026 | Bled Lake & Castle Full Day

Start your day with a scenic drive from Ljubljana to the stunning Lake Bled, one of Slovenia’s most iconic and photogenic destinations. Nestled amidst the Julian Alps, the lake is famed for its emerald waters and idyllic island.

Upon arrival, embark on a traditional pletna boat ride to Bled Island, a quaint island in the center of the lake. Here, you can explore the Assumption Church, ring the famous wishing bell, and stroll along the peaceful paths while taking in the serene surroundings.

After your visit to the island, enjoy a lunch featuring local Slovenian specialties, offering a taste of traditional cuisine in a scenic lakeside setting. Following lunch, visit the magnificent Bled Castle, perched dramatically atop a cliff overlooking the lake.

Take in breathtaking panoramic views of the lake, island, and surrounding mountains, and learn about the castle’s rich history through its museum exhibits and medieval architecture.

Afterwards, continue our journey to Postojna home of the world-famous Postojna Cave.

Explore the impressive underground passages, stalactites, and stalagmites, and marvel at the natural beauty of one of the largest karst cave systems in the world.

Day 3 | Friday · July 24, 2026 | Zagreb

Start your day with a transfer from Ljubljana to Zagreb, enjoying the scenic landscapes of Slovenia and northern Croatia along the way.

Upon arrival in the Croatian capital, meet your private guide for a walking tour through Zagreb’s charming city center.

Explore the historic Upper Town (Gornji Grad), home to St. Mark’s Church with its colourful tiled roof, the medieval Lotrščak Tower, and the Stone Gate, a sacred spot with centuries-old religious significance. Wander along the cobbled streets and soak in the vibrant atmosphere, passing charming cafés, local shops, and small galleries.

Stroll through the bustling Ban Jelačić Square, the heart of the city, and admire the mix of Austro-Hungarian architecture and modern city life. Your guide will share fascinating stories about Zagreb’s history, culture, and hidden gems, offering insights you won’t find in a guidebook.

Today, depart from Zagreb and travel towards Split, with a 3–4 hour stop at Plitvice Lakes National Park.

Follow your guide along scenic trails as they share fascinating insights about the park’s unique geology, flora, and fauna. Take your time to capture stunning photographs of the turquoise lakes and dramatic waterfalls and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of this natural wonder.

Before leaving, enjoy a delightful lunch surrounded by the park’s serene beauty.

After your visit, continue your journey to Split, traveling through the charming Croatian countryside.

Upon arrival, check in at your hotel (not included in this program) and enjoy some leisure time to explore the historic old town, relax at a café, or stroll along the beautiful Riva promenade by the Adriatic Sea.
