Day 1 | Sunday · June 6, 2027 | Welcome to Trogir

Trogir is a UNESCO-listed “Stone Beauty” with 2,300 years of history packed into a tiny medieval island. Famous for the intricate Radovan’s Portal and the formidable Kamerlengo Fortress, it is a masterclass in Romanesque and Renaissance architecture. Walking its polished marble streets feels like stepping back in time, where every corner reveals a story of Greek, Roman, and Venetian influence.

Perfectly situated it serves as the sophisticated starting point for sailing adventures across the Adriatic.

Upon arrival in Split airport, after you make your way through customs and luggage claim, look for your driver in the international arrivals area, this person will be holding the IWorld of Travel sign with our logo and your name on it.

Then, you will depart in your private transportation to your hotel in Trogir (hotel TBD).

We will join our guide for a walking tour of Trogir whose Greek, Roman, and Venetian history is visible on every single step of its beautiful, narrow, cobbled streets.

One of the best-preserved medieval towns in Europe, Trogir is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with over 2,300 years of history. Wander through its narrow stone streets and lively squares, visit the magnificent Cathedral of St. Lawrence and admire the famous Radovan’s Portal, considered one of the finest Romanesque sculptures in Croatia. Kamerlengo Fortress offers beautiful views over the harbor, while the waterfront promenade is perfect for a morning coffee.

Departure by boat at 11:00 hours.

After a walking tour and free time in Trogir, depart from the UNESCO-listed town. Enjoy a relaxing cruise with a swim stop in a crystal-clear bay before lunch is served on board.

As the oldest native Croatian town on the Adriatic, Šibenik is a masterpiece of Renaissance architecture and stone masonry. The city is crowned by the UNESCO-listed St. James’ Cathedral and a network of four majestic fortresses that offer breathtaking views of the archipelago. Its labyrinth of polished stone alleys and hidden gardens provides a more intimate, authentic atmosphere compared to the busier coastal hubs.

We’ll embark on a guided stroll through Rab Town, a delightful blend of ancient history and picturesque beauty.

Often called the ‘Island of Happiness’, Rab is renowned for its lush vegetation, sandy beaches and elegant medieval skyline with four distinctive bell towers. Discover narrow cobbled streets, historic churches, charming squares and waterfront cafés.

At 17:30 hours, enjoy a local specialty: Rabska Torta (Rab Cake), a traditional almond cake created for Pope Alexander III in 1177. It remains one of Croatia’s most celebrated desserts.

Later, at 19:00 hours, return to the ship.

At 18:30 hours, a highlight is the Our Lady of Loreto viewpoint overlooking Primošten, nearby vineyards and the Adriatic Sea. The panoramic view is considered one of the finest on the Croatian coast, especially at sunset.

The cruise concludes with a Captain’s Dinner, celebrating an unforgettable week discovering Croatia’s spectacular coastline.
