Imagine beginning your Adriatic journey in the heart of Split, where Roman history, seaside cafés, and the timeless beauty of Diocletian’s Palace set the tone for the days ahead. After a comfortable arrival and overnight at the Cornaro Hotel, you’ll stroll the ancient streets with a local guide before continuing to Trogir, where the Avantura awaits — your intimate private sanctuary at sea.
Aboard the Avantura, fully renovated cabins, an expansive sundeck, relaxed onboard elegance, and thoughtful service create the perfect setting for discovering Croatia’s most beloved coastal treasures. From the moment you settle into your cabin and gather for the Welcome Reception and dinner, the journey begins to unfold with ease, beauty, and a true sense of occasion.
Each day brings a new chapter of the Dalmatian coast: the golden-pebble shores of Bol, the island glamour and historic architecture of Hvar, the serene salt lakes and 12th-century monastery of Mljet National Park, and the legendary walls and marble streets of Dubrovnik — the “Pearl of the Adriatic.” Continue north to Korčula for a guided walk through one of the Mediterranean’s best-preserved medieval towns, paired with a tasting of local wines, then sail toward Makarska for swim stops, mountain views, and time to wander at your own pace.
The best part? This experience blends the freedom of small-ship cruising with the comfort of a thoughtfully curated itinerary. You’ll enjoy guided cultural touring, leisurely time ashore, lunches on board, a festive Captain’s Dinner, and the simple pleasure of watching Croatia’s coastline drift by from the deck of the Avantura.
Your journey concludes back in Trogir, where Greek, Roman, and Venetian influences are woven into every cobbled lane, every stone façade, and every waterfront view. After one final breakfast on board, you’ll disembark with unforgettable memories of island towns, historic cities, sunlit swim stops, and the effortless rhythm of life along the Adriatic.
This isn’t just another cruise. It’s a beautifully paced Croatian escape — crafted with care, enriched by local expertise, and designed to linger long after the voyage ends.

Your Adriatic Journey Begins
I’m delighted to introduce you to an unforgettable Adriatic journey — one that begins in the ancient seaside city of Split and unfolds along Croatia’s luminous Dalmatian coast aboard the Avantura. This beautifully paced voyage blends cultural discovery, island charm, relaxed luxury, and the effortless rhythm of small-ship sailing.
Your journey opens in Split, where Roman history and modern coastal life meet in the shadow of Diocletian’s Palace. After arrival and an overnight at the Cornaro Hotel, you’ll enjoy a guided walk through this extraordinary Mediterranean city before continuing to Trogir, where the Avantura awaits. Settle into your cabin, gather for a Welcome Reception and dinner, and begin your week at sea.
From Trogir, the voyage sails to Komiža on Vis Island, a picturesque harbor town known for crystal-clear waters, stone houses, fishing heritage, and an authentic, unspoiled atmosphere. The next day brings the luminous Blue Cave on Biševo before continuing to Korčula, one of the best-preserved medieval towns in the Mediterranean, where a guided walk and local wine tasting add a rich sense of place.
The route then continues to Dubrovnik, the legendary “Pearl of the Adriatic,” for a guided exploration of its marble streets, medieval walls, and storied Old Town. From there, the journey softens into nature on Mljet, where salt lakes, forested paths, and the 12th-century Benedictine Monastery on St. Mary’s Islet create one of the itinerary’s most serene moments.
As the cruise continues, you’ll sail to Hvar, with time for a swim stop and lunch on board before a guided city tour introduces the island’s elegant architecture, lively squares, and sweeping views. The final full day returns to Trogir, where Greek, Roman, and Venetian influences are written into every narrow lane and sun-warmed stone façade.
This itinerary is all about rhythm and balance: guided cultural encounters paired with unhurried time ashore, scenic sailing days, crystalline swim stops, leisurely lunches on board, and evenings in atmospheric ports. It’s a refined and deeply rewarding way to experience Croatia — by sea, at just the right pace.
Let’s walk through your journey, day by day.
